1. In 2022, Kangrui Environmental Protection participated in the revision of the national standard GB/T30306

          On May 24, 2022, the Secretariat of the Household Water Treatment Equipment Sub-Technical Committee of the National Household Appliance Standardization Technical Committee held the third meeting of the drafting working group for the revision of the national standard GB/T30306 "Household and Similar Water Treatment Cores" online. Representatives of 41 member units of the standard drafting working group and related production enterprises attended the meeting, and the specific list is shown in Annex 1. The meeting discussed the revised draft of the national standard GB/T30306 "Inner Cores for Household and Similar Water Treatment". Combined with the revised draft of the second meeting submitted by the standard drafting working group, the meeting discussed the definition, scope, classification and naming, and requirements of the product. The opinions of the meeting are as follows: 1. Modify GB8538 in the normative reference document to GB/T8538. 2. Modify the terms and definitions, and add the definitions of microfiltration (membrane) filter element, mineralization, electrodialysis, and rated mineralized water volume; Delete the definitions of reverse osmosis membrane, nanofiltration membrane and ultrafiltration membrane specified in the GB/T20103 standard; Adjusted the order of some term definitions. 3. Delete the classified materials and categories in Classification and Naming, and modify the expression of the second naming method. 4. Requirements 1) Adjust the requirements of 5.4.3 the hygiene and safety index requirements of the integrated filter element. Delete the requirements of Table 3 in 5.4.3 a) and declare the indicator as a stand-alone clause 5.4.4, and include bisphenol A and phthalates as the claim indicator. 2) Adjust the expression of plastic degradation performance requirements. 3) Adjust the water purification and water yield requirements of the reverse osmosis (membrane) filter element and nanofiltration (membrane) filter element to 5.7.1 and 5.7.2. 4) The limit &#118alue of the mineral index of the effluent water quality is not required in the mineralization filter index, and the stability evaluation of the added mineral is carried out, and the concentration of added minerals should be within the declared range. 5. Test method 1) Adjust the expression of water purification pressure test and cycle pressure test. 2) The health and safety test of the integrated filter element is added 6.4.4 The test method of the declared index, and the details of the test method will be fed back by the enterprise after the processing opinion. It also standardizes the expression of GB/T5750. 3) Adjust the water flow rate test method to the test method for each index of purification capacity. 4) Adjust the experimental methods of the water purification water yield test of the reverse osmosis (membrane) filter element and the water purification water yield test of the nanofiltration (membrane) filter element to 6.7.1 and 6.7.2. 5) The test method of the mineralization filter element is increased: (1) When the mineral concentration of any time exceeds the declared range, the test will be stopped. (2) The results include the rated total water purification, water flow, working pressure, mineralization index and range. 6. Inspection rules The factory inspection deletes the structure, health and safety inspection items. 7. Packaging 1) The contents of the product packaging box are increased and the overall dimensions and gross weight of the packaging box are deleted. 2) Modify the content of the technical documents that should be attached to the packing box. 9. Appendix H modifies the list of parts for material traceability testing. At the meeting, the following arrangements were made for the next step: 1. The meeting minutes, address list, draft standards, and opinion summary table will be sent to the conference delegates before May 27. 2. Each unit has until June 10 to send its comments to the Secretariat. 3. Sort out the opinions and revise the standard manuscript before 6.20, and send it to the working group for confirmation. 4.
